2ha adaptation

Been thinking about Immortality (2HA adaptation) and how I don’t have any expectatives bc. Just look at China censorship right now. And yet now I’m wondering if all the rape scenes from Taxian-jun and Concubine Chu will be substitued by elaborate weirdly sexualised tortures of Imperial Qin Player Chu. Interspeced for weird comfort/conflicted scenes after. (Plain torture was there in the book too anyways) It’s not like there isn’t a long history of erotisiced violence everywhere. Wether that’d be good or not… At least it’d be interesting to watch if only for the aesthetic and the comparison with 2HA.
